Where do I get prices?
We are a customer caring company and feel it is essential to speak to customers to ensure you get the best advice and prices. We do not publish our prices online as there are regional differences due to delivery.
So rather than confusing you the customer we are very happy for you to ring us (or we can ring you) and speak to our experienced staff. By talking to us we can ensure you are confident in the product, colour and quantities you need before you place any order.
All prices include delivery (this is based on full load deliveries). An additional delivery charge is added if quantities are less than a full load. Simply contact one of our sales offices and we will work out the price and explain all the things you need to know.
How do I purchase?
You can purchase all your products from Tobermore or your local stockist. We can either deliver them to your site or you can collect them from one of our locations. We would advise all customers to ring the office in advance to check on stock availability. Paving Centres, other than Tobermore, have only small stock areas so products may need to be ordered in advance of collection.
When we take your order we also send you an order confirmation which gives you a chance to double check the product, colour, quantities and price prior to any delivery.
What if I don't live near a Tobermore Centre?
If you do not live near a Tobermore Paving and Walling Centre or prefer to deal with your local builders merchant, you can still see a selected range of Tobermore products by visiting your local stockist.

How do I pay?
Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland Customers
Customers can pay in advance of delivery or when the product is delivered to site. We accept cash and credit card payments. Trade customers can apply for an account by filling this form out and sending it directly to our Credit Control team.
Great Britain Customers
All orders must be placed through builders merchants. Please contact Tobermore for your local stockist details. Please visit the contact us page for full details.
Please note: Tobermore no longer accept cheques as payment.
Do I have to purchase full bales?
No. When you call us we simply work out your requirements to the nearest slice on our bales. This ensures you only receive the quantity of material you require therefore saving you money and reducing your waste.

How does your delivery work?
Simple. When you place your order we will be able to give you an indication when we can deliver the product directly to you. We have one of the best delivery services in the industry and pride ourselves on our accuracy and speed of delivery. As we organise all our own deliveries we are confident that we can surpass your delivery expectations. Our office and delivery drivers will also contact you in advance of the delivery.
